Innovation and passion for Languedoc is what drives Jean-Claude Mas. Since he headed his family’s winery in 2000, Jean-Claude has given top priority to obtaining the highest quality grapes for wine making, authentic and sophisticated. The range of wines "Côté Mas" conveys the warmth, beauty and grace of this southern French region. Wines with playful rustic picnic scenes on labels embody Jean-Claude’s philosophy of rural luxury. “With the greatest respect for our rural roots, we strive for excellence. Our wines are the result of our mission to inspire real emotions ,” says Jean-Claude Mas. White sparkling dry wine "Cote Mas" Frizzante Blanc de Blanc Brut has a pleasant multi-faceted aroma and a clean, lively, fresh, fairly rich flavor. The wine is made from grape varieties Chardonnay and Picpoul grown in a Mediterranean climate on soils consisting of clay and limestone. Making wine passes by the method of Sharma, with secondary fermentation in a sealed tank. The farm Domaines Paul Mas was founded in the Herault Valley in Languedoc by a man named Auguste Mas. At first, the family had only 22 hectares of land planted with vines. In the future, the property expanded significantly due to the acquisition of land in Montpellier and Pezenas, after which the farm already owned 440 hectares of land, on which they planted 25 grape varieties, mainly Chardonnay, Viognier, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Merlot.
